Episode Context

Part II's later stretch cycles through spotlighting individual crew members, and this episode lands squarely in that pattern. It follows an episode centered on Fujiko's sharpshooting prowess and shifts the lens onto Jigen, deepening his character in ways the series rarely takes time to explore. The episode after this one turns to Goemon, reinforcing a deliberate rotation through the core cast as the series heads toward its final third.
