Loved seeing more side characters this episode and how their personalities mesh well with the main girls. There were definitely some hardcore references I didn’t get, but the episode was still super enjoyable and wholesome.

It’s nice to see the side characters get their own scenes too. Hiyori Tamura is probably my favorite first-year student so far because she’s an otaku (or more specifically a doujin artist), which makes her scenes even more entertaining and relatable to me.
