Once again, another voice acting choice that gets on my nerves. Seiko's voice was definitely a choice and her personality is something else. Though the gags were funny!
The pacing was a bit slowed down, with the introduction of another complex character. The soundtrack was pretty calming and really soothed the feel of the plot. The visuals were stylish, especially the outfits and hairstyles of the characters not being constant.
