Episode Context

Coming directly off 'Trustless,' where Soubi was left seriously wounded in battle against a Zero pair, this episode processes that fallout and shifts the focus inward. Sitting at episode nine of twelve, 'Skinless' functions as a deliberate bridge, introducing Natsuo and Youji to reframe the threat landscape while giving Ritsuka and Soubi room to deepen their bond under pressure.
