This is a parody first and a romance show second. The Death Note references are constant, the jokes come at you rapid fire, and the show doesn't care if you're offended it's too busy moving to the next gag.The production quality is... fine. It's not beautiful, but it doesn't need to be. The humor is doing all the heavy lifting.
