EPISODE REVIEWS

How can they turn a goofing around club into something serious, brah? The producer really had something special in his head for real. Like, they always do this formula, putting so much emotional effort into something unintentionally unimportant... but yeah that’s what makes this anime acceptable. Nothing progressed in this episode, especially Rikka and Yuuta’s relationship. It’s purely for comedy, so you can skip it.

Well, this episode has a passably interesting story flow that features each character's wavelength dynamics, with eccentric, lighthearted comedy, and the touch of visually aesthetic animation matches that sets the mood of interest for this narrative. Though sometimes, it feels a bit too cringeworthy for me.

Rikka’s antics here had me in stitches. But with Kumin’s support, they have gained the confidence to stand up for themselves. I’m impressed by how each character has developed. The animation is epic, especially during the matches, and the visuals are a real treat for the eyes. It's a captivating and uplifting watch.
