Pesan moralnya? Ada pertemuan, pasti ada perpisahan.

This hits differently if you’re in art. The bond and obsession with creating feel painfully real, and knowing it may echo a real-life tragedy just makes it hit harder. Soft, hand-drawn animation pulls everything together. (Didn’t expect this from you Tatsuki Fujimoto u evil!)

Look Back is an absolute must watch movie! It’s raw, emotional gut-punch about the beauty and pain of creating art. The animation is expressive and unique, the pacing is tight for its approx 60 minutes runtime. The character growth is devastatingly real. Don’t skip this!

This one HITS different—starts light then quietly destroys you 😭 Fujino and Kyomoto’s dynamic feels too real. No wasted scenes. If you’ve ever drawn or created anything, this hits way harder. Lowkey masterpiece. 🖤

Look Back hits like a quiet punch: raw story of ego, friendship & grief. Minimal yet expressive animation elevates every frame, while the soft score lingers long after. No wasted moments, just pure, painful honesty about creating and losing. A must-watch movie you can look at.

Honestly didn't expect a 60-minute film to hit this hard. Fujino and Kyomoto's friendship feels so real — built through art, jealousy, and quiet admiration. The alternate timeline broke me completely. This film reminds you why you ever loved anything. An absolute masterpiece.

Look Back, by Tatsuki Fujimoto, touches on multiple serious themes within it's duration, despite it's 1 hour length, it does not fail to deliver an unforgettable experience. It's beautiful animation coupled with the music makes it a masterpiece that elevated the original work.

I feel the emptiness after watching this anime. Simple in plot but powerful in impact, it lingers long after it ends, reflecting how dreams and people shape who we become. I love this anime.

This movie delivers such a great insight of what's like to be an artist. The story feels genuine like it's a true story of an artist's life, the tension of the unfortunate conflict between Fujino and Kyomoto, and clever storytelling. Animation is phenomenal.
