Surprisingly touching for a... "zombie" episode. Mostly side-story, but the emotional payoff works.

So far, I do understand every episode is its own adventure, but this particular episode seemed a bit off. I personally think the animation here is clunky, and the pacing is all over the place. I feel like it doesn't drive the characters either, which make this episode just okay.

On cue with the usual chaos, Akko revives an unforgettable character from the dead. Packed with lore and how witches interact with different regions & creatures. Her determination despite fumbling every step of the way never ceases to amaze me for some reason.
