EPISODE REVIEWS

This episode delivered some really intense scenes as we're getting closer to the climax of this arc. I'm loving it so far, and honestly, the psychological warfare kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time.

This was so nerve-wracking, but dang, it was SO good that I could almost feel how intense everything was. 😩 And that ending really gave me chills and made me even more invested in this! Let's go!

Episode Context

Following Episode 16 (Turbulence), which established the Day team's deteriorating position and forced Akiyama into emergency recovery mode, this episode advances that effort into direct, personal pressure on Yokoya's side of the Contraband Game. The battle here is for loyalty and trust among vulnerable opposing players, raising the stakes for Yokoya's retaliation. What unfolds here sets the stage for heightened scrutiny and sharper conflict as the Contraband Game moves toward its decisive phase.
