Raised by Demons: Panda Li

RAISED BY DEMONS: PANDA LI HAS NO VOTE THIS WEEK
Synopsis
Raised by demons on Black and White Mountain, Li Xiongmao finds his loyalties thrown into chaos when his master sends him into the human world to hunt down three enemies who destroyed everything he called home. He's human by blood but demon by upbringing, and that tension sits at the center of everything this ONA is doing. From the jump, you get the sense that the truth behind the demon race's fall is messier than a simple revenge mission, and Li's journey keeps pulling back layers on a conflict that neither side has clean hands in. The human-demon dynamic here feels closer to The Legend of Luo Xiaohei than to straightforward good-versus-evil territory; it's more interested in the grey zones than in picking a team. If you grew up on Inuyasha and want something that scratches that same itch with a fresh angle, or if you liked the emotional core under Demon Slayer's action, this has that same quality of a protagonist fighting for people who raised him while questioning what that actually means. GARDEN Culture is handling the animation, adapting from a novel, and the early footage suggests they're committing to both the action choreography and the quieter identity-crisis moments equally. It's not a light watch, but it's not grim for the sake of it either, just a story about a kid caught between worlds, trying to figure out which version of himself is real.

Defeating all the others was way too easy lol. Also hmm on the technology aspects, I wonder where the story will go.
We're pretty used to the main character being OP by now. Wish the show starts being easier to follow instead of just comedic matchup again and again. I thought it was getting serious already and then we now pivot into a more game world style story?
I honestly did not expect a straight up futuristic spaceship to pull up over a martial arts tournament setup. This show just completely flipped genres and I am fully here for the sci-fi chaos
Xiongmao casually taking down all seven sect masters in one hit each was absurdly cool. Seeing them all strung up on the gate right after made me laugh out loud
Battle was ok Interesting discovery, the most surprising thing would still probably be the ending of this episode. Looks like we got some isekai going on.
I died laughing when they found the sect master hanging upside down from a tree. Panda Li dropping to his knee to bow before realizing the guy was completely broke had me rolling
The quality and graphics are very good and I really love it.
The animation definitely took a hit during all that dialogue at the manor but that time slashing sword aura memory trick made up for it
I turned into a huge fan when Panda tapped that huge monk and turned him into an iron staff to flex on the bone demon
Feels like a very quick timeskip episode. The music and animation is good but there's not much story this episode, hopefully the next episode changes that.
Interesting and funny character chemistry. The animation is getting better.
The humor is quite funny actually. Interesting story cant wait to see how it goes.
Animation is good but there's like too many themes going on sy the same time. Like suddenly there's scifi? and it doesn't feel like they mesh well. But we'll see how it goes.
