The animation is excellent, the art is high quality, and there are some very interesting stylistic choices inspired by video games. In that sense, this anime is very good, but the story, on the other hand... The premise isn't bad at all: a sickly girl with social anxiety takes refuge in video games and has to deal with the criticism her first creation receives. That's interesting, and I'd like to see how it develops. What's the problem? The interactions between characters are TERRIBLE. They're all exaggerated stereotypes, and their conversations are nothing more than a formality because we know from the start what they're going to say. I found myself losing interest in several scenes, and the only way I could regain my attention was if there was something artistically beautiful to see. I understand that this work is derived from a webtoon and that the writing quality is like this in many of those works, but a little polishing would have been appreciated. It seems like it's not worth continuing to watch. We know exactly how it's going to end, who the girl is going to end up with, how she's going to grow from a shy girl to someone who can stand up for herself... So what's worth watching now?

This is one of my favorite comic series. My only disappointment about this adaptation is the art style! Why they can't follow the comic series art style? But thankfully the plot's pacing is balanced pretty well. Can't wait to see how the story will turn out in this anime adaptation.

I was a little confused at first. I thought I'd be watching some romcon otome thingy, but the first minutes were literally them fighting a freaking monster XD I was like, okay wha— ???? Fortunately, it wasn't the case, lol. I do admit the animation was pretty good, though. I also think it was pretty intriguing. The animation reminds me of that anime similar to those animated donghuas with the slight gamification here and there. The opening song was also pretty catchy. Chill pop but catchy, which I didn't really expect for an anime. Sam's a whole mood though XD really her priorities on the 'raid' rather than any potential 'date' lolol.
