This is actually quite a deep episode if you look at it. I didn't expect Souga to have that kind of title, and with how things developed, this is a massive plot point in the story. I don't know how important it's going to be, but it should be quite substantial.

Episode 4 adds more depth to Raoh’s character by showing that his ambition isn't driven solely by personal power. The episode explores the people caught up in his rise and the difficult choices surrounding his growing influence. There’s a good balance of action and character development, while the harsh post-apocalyptic setting continues to give the story its distinctive atmosphere. Raoh remains intimidating, but this episode offers a more interesting look at the person behind the ambition.

This episode was not actually bad since it gives a reason for Reina and Souga to follow Raoh, however, I believe it was boring and not necessary by complete.
