EPISODE REVIEWS
The girls are definitely making it big with the performance in New York. The initial treatment was a sign to us of how far they've come. The pacing is decent, with it initially being slow and then nicely building up towards the end. Also, a nice peek into Jo's life; her mannerisms made sense with her family intro. (The dance animation does still throw me off)
This episode perfectly uses the pace to slow down. The emotional beats hit surprisingly hard here. The soundtrack in this episode is top-tier and perfectly matches the sentimental tone. It was a very touching experience for me. I love when shows take their time to build up like this.
Jo's family was surprised when they saw her because she suddenly changed. This episode was so beautifuland their costumes were beautiful. I enjoyed watching them.
