Last Hope

In 2031, the world was devastated by the "Shouryuu Crisis," a catastrophic explosion of the experimental "Quantum Reactor" that unleashed unknown energies. The event caused environmental changes and the emergence of the "B.R.A.I.," strange bio-mechanical organisms that threaten the remnants of humanity. Seven years later, in the wilderness near Neo Shouryou, one of the last human cities, lives Leon Lau. Leon was one of the scientists involved in the "Shouryuu Crisis." He has formed a "family contract" with Chloe Lau, and together they research methods to combat the B.R.A.I. and survive in the post-apocalyptic world. The anime explores themes of survival, the consequences of scientific ambition, and the bond between family in the face of extinction.
