Synopsis
Maeda has just moved into his new apartment to live by himself. While unpacking, a cute middle school student named Chie Satonaka suddenly appears in his room. She introduces herself as his new landlord, which pleasantly surprises him as he has never seen a landlord so young. His excitement is boosted further when the gorgeous Reiko Shirai, who lives directly next to him, also introduces herself as his new neighbor. Ooyasan wa Shishunki! follows the everyday lives of Maeda and his newfound acquaintances, where each day presents itself as an opportunity for new events to unfold and new bonds to be forged.

Pretty good short anime about short glimpse of daily life Chie as a landlor & Maeda + Reiko as Tenant. Def their got beautiful relationship to have and lasting for. Overall pretty good SoL to see in such short time.
Chie get attention that she wanted, just not in the way their hoping for. But it works and because of that she can make cooking club in her school (although their its on diferent problem)
Good ending with Summer Festival with Chie and her friends (Yes those rumour are not going anywhere). And in the end Chie grateful to have Maeda as Tenant and so does Maeda to Chie as his landlord. Def good closure to the anime.
Buying some new clothes for Chie because too many schooluniform she has and in the end decide to buy Yukata and other accesories. Great to see Chie happy about the new clothes.
Just Chie, Reiko, and Chie Friends buy some Bra for their size.
Chie is def a unique to see old ads, so she can hold on from see the new one and see those sweet sweet discoun. Also their friends think Chie is somekind of romantic relationship with Maeda. Hopefully the misunderstanding not oing anywhere,
Just Chie, Maeda, and Reiko spend time in sento. Just pretty muh disturb with so many old man distub their own business.
Did not expect their gonna prepare soup for the whole school, Lesson learned Chie.
Wonder how Chie not already have a lot of friends, Hopefully the lunch their gonna make for Chie gonna make a new friends.
Maeda got surprise by Chie that tke care of him with preparing Meal and tidying up futo,. all of that make Reiko jealous yo get sch a treatment, but in the end their schedule up together for next ocassion.
Chie is scare with somekind of stalker, so she staying at Maeda Room. In the morning we found out the stalker is a friend from school that got crush to her, but she reject her.
Their cooing in Maeda room to learn him how to cook and end with good Potato Curry and also a cute nyan kinfe technique on the kitchen =w=
