Soni-Ani: Super Sonico The Animation
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Super Sonico is a clutzy, adorable, and well-endowed 18-year old girl. She's a complete sucker for anything cute, especially stray cats, all of which she giddily adopts. However, though Sonico should be enjoying a carefree and simple lifestyle as a young college student, her life is really anything but easy: she must balance being a professional model, working part-time at her grandmother's restaurant, and practicing guitar and performing concerts with her friends Suzu Fujimi and Fuuri Watanuki in their band, First Astronomical Velocity—all while attending college. SoniAni: Super Sonico the Animation follows Sonico as she faces daunting challenges in her search for her place in the world, even when her days are brimming with love and happiness.

A New Year celebration is the best way to end a 12-episode animation. Sonico, Fuuri, and Suzu's connections are great as well! I wish them all the best. I thank all the great minds and hands for this amazing anime. Signing out!~
This is a Christmas episode! The teamwork, the dedication, I love it all. That's what you call the spirit of Christmas!
Miku cosplay? Halloween? I love Sonico's heart for stray cats. Rice had it all good for everyone at home are good to him.
Sonico's versality in this episode is really amazing! But yeah, having friends is a great thing.
What a unique story for an episode! I never would have thought that this anime would play out a murder case. I though Sonico was goner, that scared me out. But I guess she has plot armor because she's the main character after all!
All the time, I think Sonico is unaware of stranger danger , but at the same time, I think people from Niigata are kind, or maybe it's because of Sonico's charm that all things work out in the end for her? She's too brave to travel alone. I admire her for that.
Having friends that stay is what makes life colorful. I'm shocked by Suzu's combat moves. The story is good and all, but I hate how oblivious Fuuri was in this episode.
Sonico has an incredible gift of inspiring others with her determination! She truly is a magnet of positivity, and by that, she deserves the world!

I love that there is a certain backstory about how Sonico fell in love with rock. Expressing yourself through music is absolutely a beautiful thing that gives her character so much depth.
I love how protective Manager-san is with Sonico! Plus, the beautiful Okinawa vibes made the whole episode feel like a cozy retreat.
It was incredibly moving to see the community rally around Sonico in this finale.
It is wonderful seeing the community rally together, especially with business minded Suzu in a suit helping out while Sonico works to deliver a special holiday gift.
This sweet episode shifts the spotlight to Sonico rescuing a tiny white stray kitten named Rice.
I love how this episode captures the pure chaos of overcommitting yourself.
It totally plays with your mind.
I love how this relaxing episode follows Sonico stepping completely out of her comfort zone on a solo trip to Niigata.
It is such a fun shift in tone because Sonico and her manager Kitamura head out on a luxury cruise liner.
It is a sweet reminder of how infectious genuine passion can be.
It is a heartfelt turning point that beautifully explores Sonico’s musical roots.
