The fuzzy screen added to the episode’s scariness. The shadow leaving behind the girl was creepy. And the text messages at the end? They made my heart drop.

This episode is incredibly unsettling. The video call mechanic is very well implemented and feels real, especially when the signal cuts out while Chika is running. The final scare is genuinely frightening.

It’s pretty clear that the characters here don’t have much depth. Given that each episode is only a few minutes long and focuses on different characters each time, expecting more development might be a bit unrealistic.
