CCTV cam recording is creepy. The office afterhours is a scary place to experience this. The skull-like faces in the monitor is scary as hell.

I must say that in this episode I quite liked how the tension was built. There came a point where I was really immersed in the situation and it even gave me chills. The glitch effects still don't convince me; the sound is too polished to be a "glitch

I just know that this anime uses rotoscoping, where live action footage is filmed and then traced over for animation which is even shown during the credits. I feels like a deliberate stylistic choice that supports the overall presentation.
