Koukai Benjo The Animation
Oshimeter
Synopsis
At this school, a randomly selected female student is designated as the 'comfort station' every month — available to students and staff alike. That's the premise, and it's deliberately uncomfortable to sit with. This 2-episode OVA from 2013 follows Takamine Chika after she draws the short straw, and the story doesn't shy away from the psychological weight that comes with it. The dark tone is the whole point — this isn't feel-good viewing. It's interested in what happens inside someone's head when they're caught in a system that treats them as an object, and how societal pressure can wear down a person's sense of self. The school setting makes it feel claustrophobic in a way that's clearly intentional. If you've watched something like Bible Black or Discipline and appreciated when hentai leans into heavier psychological territory rather than staying surface-level, this is in that space. It's closer to Shoujo Sect in how it handles emotional interiority, though considerably darker in subject matter. Fair warning: the themes around consent and exploitation are front and center, not background noise. It's not an easy watch, and it's not trying to be. If you're looking for something that uses the hentai format to explore genuinely unsettling ethical territory with a character you're meant to empathize with, this two-episode OVA has a specific, grim thing it's trying to do — and it commits to it.
