Synopsis
An unremarkable office worker discovers his female coworkers have been quietly mocking him behind his back, and instead of letting it go, he decides to do something about it, setting the stage for everything that follows. That's the setup for Korashime 2: Kyouikuteki Depaga Shidou, a 4-episode OVA from PoRO based on an adult visual novel. The story leans hard into psychological territory, watching this otherwise unremarkable office worker gradually reshape himself around resentment. The workplace setting gives it a grounded, almost mundane starting point before things get considerably darker. It's less about shock value and more about watching a character's internal logic unravel in uncomfortable ways: the power dynamics between colleagues, the slow burn of humiliation turning into something uglier. The character designs are detailed and expressive, which actually matters here because a lot of the storytelling weight sits on body language and reaction shots rather than dialogue. If you've watched something like Kansen: Inyoku no Rensa or Shoujo Senki Brain Jacker and appreciated how those titles use a dark atmosphere to carry their narratives, this sits in similar territory. Fans of Kuroinu who don't mind morally complicated protagonists and a tense, suspenseful tone will also find something to chew on. It's not a comfortable watch, and that's clearly intentional. The corporate setting makes it feel more grounded than most genre entries, which is either appealing or off-putting depending on what you're looking for.

wywt2123★★★☆☆EP 1
m1ndc0mm4nd3r★★★☆☆EP 1That moment where she made excuses to the customers and then cried to get sympathy from the other staff was the worst and you can see why he snapped
abelferrazmiku★★★☆☆EP 1Watching the store manager get lectured for things he didnt even do was frustrating and seeing him finally figure out who was responsible felt like a huge turning point
jessie★★★☆☆EP 1The scene where the manager finds out it was actually her behind the lies made my blood boil because she acted so innocent while stabbing him in the back
mary_hunt★★★☆☆EP 1I really felt for the guy when those rumors started spreading and everyone at the store looked at him like he was some kind of creep when he was just trying to do his job
yoruichi_yukiko★★★☆☆EP 1Searching for this and only finding stuff about Blue Lock was so annoying but the actual episode is just okay since the workplace drama is pretty standard for this kind of thing
kawauso_knight_43★★★★☆EP 1You could really feel the desperation in the shop girl when she realized her lies backfired and she had nowhere left to run in that storage room
jonathan_joestar_196★★★★☆EP 1Everything about the lighting in the final scene was really moody and it helped sell the shift from him being a victim to him taking total control of the situation
yanari_yurei★★★☆☆EP 1Seeing how easily those rumors were spreading through the workplace was frustrating to watch, so it was a huge moment when he cornered her and stopped being the nice manager everyone walked over
izanagi_idol_15★★★★☆EP 1You can tell she really messed up by underestimating him and that look on her face when she realizes she is caught made the whole episode for me
ptilol_385★★★☆☆EP 1My skin was crawling when the other employees were whispering about him in the hallway and it made the ending where he gets his own back so much better
jiraiya_jester_50★★★☆☆EP 1Listening to the deputy manager speak so calmly while he was laying out his plan for her was actually kind of chilling
shussebora_56★★★★☆EP 1It was so messed up how those rumors were ruining his life so seeing him flip the script on her felt like such a dark turn for the show
meowth★★★★☆EP 1I went into this expecting something generic, but the way they built up the tension with the rumors actually caught my attention more than the actual adult scenes. Watching him piecing together who was trying to ruin his reputation felt way more engaging than the usual stuff, and the confrontation in the store was really cold and calculated since he had everything planned out
anya_alstreim★★★★☆EP 1That art style has that classic old school feel and the way he corners her in the back room after figuring out she was the one talking behind his back was brutal
rimuru_ruler_151★★★★☆EP 1I found the store setting actually pretty grounded and seeing the deputy manager finally catch on to those nasty rumors made the whole revenge payoff way more intense
goh★★☆☆☆EP 1I hated how long it took for him to figure out who was spreading the lies and the dialogue felt really stiff the whole time
darmani★★★★☆EP 1It is wild how she just ruined his reputation, but the way he cornered her at the end of the shift, it was intense
karakasa_kozo★★★★☆EP 1The art style is actually decent for this kind of show and the scene in the storage room had a lot of tension
tsunade_titan★★★☆☆EP 1I think the pacing felt a bit slow until the very end, and the way she was acting at work, it really annoyed me
