And so we proceed to the boss battle, where the villain in question turned out to be more perturbed by the antics of the main party than anything else. It's quite the subversion of expection making the ending hilariously anticlimactic, but it kinda hypes up everything moving on.

I love the deflection here hahaha. The way they turned a bad situation they caused into motivation was hilarious. The irony throughout the episode really made it even better.

Sitting at the midpoint approach of a ten-episode season, episode four builds on the party chemistry established in the first three episodes while giving Megumin her most prominent spotlight yet.
