For what it's worth, subverting tropes seems to be the main goal of this anime. Even at its final climatic battle they're still going at it without a hint at slowing down. This results in probably the most comedic and chaotic ending for a show in this genre, and they nailed it.

I love how this episode briefly mentioned Darkness's real name, it showed how much Katzuma Satou was getting closer to her. It was also heartwarming to see everyone working together again to take down the enemy, especially since their teamwork improved.

The Destroyer fight was such a mess in the best way. Seeing Megumin and Wiz team up for that massive dual Explosion was actually epic, even if it left them both face-down in the dirt. it felt weird though she’s still a total crybaby.

In my opinion, this anime seems to deliberately mock classic tropes, because instead of showcasing cool heroes, it actually shows a party that is super incompetent and always causes problems.

This anime flips the isekai formula into pure comedy. Instead of a heroic death, Kazuma dies in the most embarrassing way possible, and the show fully commits to the joke. Its pure parody of other isekai and a breather from serious type of anime
