A chaotic episode with a somewhat unexpectedly wholesome ending. If you can call it wholesome. It certainly was something. The party gets another job, and things go awry, as expected with them. Episode really highlights how important Kazuma is to the party.

I did not expect to see that in the first part of this episode, it completely caught me off guard. I love how the animation quality in this episode look so smooth, especially the facial expressions.

Kazuma discovers the kotatsu and refuses to rejoin civilization. A hilariously lazy first half gives way to an unexpectedly emotional visit to the afterlife with a surprisingly sweet heroine waiting there.
