The fast pacing worked for me. Being thrown into the panic and confusion right alongside the characters made it way easier to connect with them. A little melodramatic but definitely awesome approach.

One of the worst first episodes I've ever watched; the pacing was terrible, and it didn't give me the time to actually grasp the situation. It's like they tried to compress three episodes' worth of information into one, and to add to the terrible pacing, constant cuts broke narrative continuity, terrible start
