This episode feels like the story is becoming a major turning point. The tension and the immediate reaction to come up with strategy to the point it's putting a mental strain in the characters. This is so addicting and keep looking forward to next episode

Slows the battlefield but adds emotional depth. While Kyou Kai recovers, the story of Rigan reveals why Ki Sui fights so fiercely for his people. Meanwhile, Kokuyou sits in uneasy silence as both armies wait, wondering if Kan Ki’s strange patience hides a bigger plan.

This episode excels at consistently illustrating that there are heroes on each side of a conflict. Classic Kingdom inspires me to back the rival faction.

The eps shows us the backstory of Ji Hui and the reason of his strong army, it's truly tragic and interesting. Finally the stalemate position have a big turns from Qing She. Kan Ki showed that he have something unexpected in soon eps, makes me attached toward future eps.

I love how they show the chain of command in total chaos. The way the tactical advantage keeps switching sides is just peak.

The tragic, deep history of Kisui and Rigan completely explains their fierce strength. As the Hi Shin unit defends, Keisha finally makes a move, only to walk right into Kanki’s patient trap!

Kisui was given a soul by this episode. He is now a hero who defends his family rather than merely a "enemy general." tragic past. It gives the fight with Kanki a much more intimate and terrible atmosphere. Excellent writing.

UP: LIYAN TRAGEDY REVEALED. The backstory hits HARD. Explains so much about the current fight. DOWN: Huan Yi doing nothing while Qing She makes moves. Frustrating but strategic. 💔

I really don't like the first part being a backstory of an enemy general, well that's not true I don't like backstories in the middle of battle period.
The battle intensify though the attack from zhao doesn't seem strategic to me but bored from the yesterdays battle 😅
Not a great episode bad not bad either
