NO DOUBT. it feels like i was the one the battlefield because the pressure and the weight of being a leader is literally no joke. The tension is over the top coz every decision feels risky and i think this episode keeps me locked in and im looking forward for something bigger.

The episode highlights how brutal the first day at Kokuyou was for Qin. The enemy’s clever tactics make every setback feel intense and unpredictable. As night falls, some Qin units are left isolated in the forest, raising the tension for what comes next.

I appreciate the strength and cleverness of the enemies are. It turns every setback into an enjoyable twist and brings significantly more thrill to the battles!

Finally the show showed again the devious art of Huan Yi legion with their bandit-like approach, it made the season felt fresh with this unconventional tactic of Huan Yi. Can't wait for Shin progression after his emotional uplift. Qiang Lei shows intense assasination attempt!

The Hi Shin Unit is carrying the team! The tactical struggle for the central hills has me on edge. Pure adrenaline!

Epic warfare! Kanki's troops retreat flawlessly, hills catch fire, and Shin narrowly saves his arm. Kyoukai’s brave but failed assassination attempt on the enemy general was pure hype!

This episode resembles a suspenseful film. A chilly, dark night. There is a greater psychological divide than before between Shin and Kanki's guys. Heiyong really is a demonic woodland. Tension is greatly increased by Kyou Kai's covert operation.

UP: Qiang Lei's team stranded behind enemy lines?? The tension is MAX. Kyou Kai must be losing it. DOWN: Night battles are always chaos. Hard to see who's who. 🌙

The visuals are similar to the previous episodes — battles spread across hills, cavalry seen in silhouette, and strategic moves happening at night. The story moves quickly but stays balanced, building tension without too many emotional scenes.

Great battle on the first day, too bad it's not so good on our MC's end though.
The hard strategies executed and the dangers in night raid this episode is a real heart racing one.
What's with that response to the flute too haha!
Another great episode!
