Then a girl named Nil appears to explain that he's been drafted into an actual game built around this exact delusion. The premise is completely ridiculous, and the series leans into that fully. This is a 2-episode OVA from 2010 by studio T-Rex, adapted from a visual novel, and it plays the whole thing as a lighthearted, comedic romp rather than anything with dramatic weight. The appeal is pretty straightforward — it's absurd, it's raunchy, and it doesn't take itself seriously for a single second.
