So far, it just gets better and better from here on out, and the show pretty much delivers if you know what you're getting from it or at least know the context behind the entire plot. Don't be fooled by the low ratings, as GaoGaiGar is still one of the best mecha titles out there and this season shows you why that's the case. That said, the stakes are getting higher, and higher along with newer answers popping in here and there for the multiple questions that the show has given before. It saddens me that this is the last adaptation of the GaoGaiGar franchise and I would somewhat hope that its sequel will eventually get an anime adaptation in the future. Still a recommended watch and nothing would change my mind about it.

I didn't expect that name. Did he call him Pizza? That's so hilarious. Meanwhile, the action scene is great, but it was so fast and simple. I expected the action scene to have more action and an exchange of blows.

Furthermore, for viewers expecting a pure happy ending with a conventional victory celebration, the tone of the episode's second half might feel disappointing.
