QUICK TAKES

The mix of comedy and aftermath reflection worked better than expected. The animation stays consistent with some nice expressive reactions, and overall it’s a solid episode.

A serious fight turns into a comedic chaos. This is a fun, hilarious, and exciting episode. And Noren's reaction to Ogami is so funny. Moreover, Tenma's blunt attitude also adds to the humor of this episode.

I really love the comedic writing here. I keep expecting something serious, but they're acting way too goofy, LOL! And my favorite scene is how Ogami dealt with Noren. That's super practical, LMAO! On another note, I don't mention it much, but I actually like the visuals a lot. To be fair, they can look a bit over the top, but that's what makes them so fun to watch!

Decent episode with strong chaos energy, but it’s more about aftermath comedy and emotional fallout than deep plot advancement. Fun and a bit unbalanced, but entertaining <3

Yeah there’s definitely more focus on consequences and character dynamics than actual new story progression here. It’s more about what happens after everything breaks

The aftermath is where things get more interesting. Instead of just ending the conflict cleanly, it spirals into awkward, emotional, and slightly unhinged character reactions that shift the vibe hard.

Funny episode again.

EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off the Rindou Brothers confrontation in Episode 8, this episode focuses on the fallout rather than the fight itself, a deliberate deceleration that deepens Juuzou's ongoing struggle to reclaim his original form. At Episode 9 of 12, the season is entering its final stretch, meaning the consequences explored here are laying direct groundwork for the endgame. Whatever choices Juuzou makes in the aftermath will likely define the shape of the finale.
