EPISODE REVIEWS

The episode was fun to watch, but it mostly set things up for the big challenge ahead.

Episode Context

Coming off Episode 4's more direct confrontation with Shin Kohazame, this episode pivots the series toward a new kind of challenge, broadening the cast and the types of obstacles Juuzou must navigate in his transformed life. At the season's midpoint, it functions as both a breather and a setup episode, introducing Tenma as a recurring force while keeping the momentum steady heading into Episode 6.
