QUICK TAKES

This episode follows Juzo getting pulled into a strange new situation at school. The animation stays consistent with good expressive timing, and overall it’s a simple but entertaining episode that keeps the momentum going.

The plot is getting more interesting in this episode. Noren's reaction to Juzo is also hilarious. Furthermore, the interactions between Juzo and the other students are exciting to watch.

It's so funny how Ogami literally meant every word he said, LOL! I'm also having a lot of fun with the gags in this episode. The way everyone keeps saying the same thing over and over again is hilarious!

Another contender arrives to ask Noren to be her boyfriend! Another muscle brain lacking with empathy came to Ogami to a challenge and I am so in for it! I sympathized for the old man for always handling this kind of trivial things tho. LOL but it adds to the fun! And I just got goosebumps from watching Ogami getting mad about The Home EC being mocked on. The old man seriously cherished that club fr.

I really like how light weight the plot is, making the series really easy to plow through. The pacing in each episode is also really balanced and stable! And at this point, Ogami is going to a duel for each man who’s coming after Noren😭 but I appreciate how they’re not making it an actual romantic thing and making it weird haha

Un episodio que se siente un poco lento, donde pasamos de acción y asesinos a competencia en deportes. Me gusta que Juzo se vaya desarrollando como persona a partir de ver a los jovenes.

This epsiode felt like an sports anime intro lol. I do wish Team storyline was resolved in an episode but I'm excited to see what's next

I’m sooo curious about that futsal match between Ogami and Unicorn 😭⚽✨ I have a feeling it’s gonna be absolute chaos and hype at the same time!

The contrast between school exams, shady bars, and sports rivalries made this episode really fun. Mama was a great addition, and Tenma instantly felt like one of those loud rivals who completely changes the vibe of the show.

The most unlikable character so far finally appears, but Noren’s reactions and self-reflection made the episode pretty funny. Not sure this needed two episodes though — I wish it had wrapped up in one. Now we have to wait another week to see him put back in his place.

EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off Episode 4's more direct confrontation with Shin Kohazame, this episode pivots the series toward a new kind of challenge, broadening the cast and the types of obstacles Juuzou must navigate in his transformed life. At the season's midpoint, it functions as both a breather and a setup episode, introducing Tenma as a recurring force while keeping the momentum steady heading into Episode 6.
