EPISODE REVIEWS

Episode Context

As Episode 1 of 8, this is ground zero, there is nothing preceding it, and everything following builds from the foundation laid here. The episode prioritizes character introduction and world-building over serialized plotting, suggesting the series leans toward standalone stories rather than a tightly serialized arc. What it sets up matters: the dynamics between Kuga, Atori, and the rest of Section 2 will carry the weight of every episode that follows.
