Episode Context

Sitting at episode 12 of 36, this marks a critical escalation point following 'Fanfare,' where the team's initial push into Midnight Circus territory established the stakes. 'The Faceless Commander' drives the conflict deeper into enemy territory, functioning as a mid-arc pressure cooker that tests the ensemble's limits. It directly sets the stage for 'Lucille,' which promises to bring the current confrontation to a decisive turning point.
