Kamichu!

I don't even think this is an all-time great anime, but there’s something really special about its nostalgic countryside setting. What I like most is how everyone naturally accepts that a god lives among them. It had this gentle atmosphere that makes you wish the world could be a little more like this.

The directing and character animation were really strong, and everything felt unusually polished. If you've made it this far, this episode is a great reminder of why Kamichu is so charming. Loved this one.

Relaxing episode that had little of bit of everything that makes this show great. It's a bit funny how nobody seems all that bothered that a god goes to their school. The cute and funny moments were balanced throughout.

I had a feeling the episode was going to be ridiculous the moment they said there was going to be an election between human and god. And that ending was pretty wacky.

The Yamato is an impressive ship but all that research just to build a connection with a battleship was a bit excessive. Didn't expect this show to go here. Pretty weird episode.

5,000 yen sure disappeared real quick 🤣🤣. Even though Yurie was just slacking off under the kotatsu, it still brings a smile to your face since this is a pure comedy episode. The story keeps progressing with every episode, and even the seasons are changing. Overall, it's a great episode.

The scene where the God of Death has a conversation with the Poverty God sure is hilarious 🤣🤣. Anyway, this is another sad, relaxing, and wholesome episode. The pacing is still slow, and it feels like this episode is a little short for a full episode. But the ending is satisfying since it wraps everything up in a good way.

I love how the world is set up in this anime. Being a god gives you certain privileges even while you're still in school. Everyone respects them, while only a few try to take advantage of them. This one focuses more on to the beach and to the past. It is perfect for its content since its summer here in this episode.
