Kusunoki's Garden of Gods

I'm hoping for a season 2 and an English Dub. Best anime by far that includes the Japanese Pantheon.

It's odd that the animation for the evil spirit is lame but with the food, environment, gods and yokai the studio be like: "throw the budget in there!" 😂. It's not a complaint and I really don't mind that at all. The ending wraps everything up and suits the slice-of-life genre, hopefully another season is greenlit in the near future 🙏

Strengthens the series’ relaxing supernatural atmosphere while expanding its divine folklore beautifully. Reiki’s introduction adds warmth and humor, while the growing sacred tree symbolizes the house slowly becoming a sanctuary for the gods. The comedy surrounding Minato’s accidental overpowered abilities remains consistently entertaining, especially when Harima mistaking a shopping list for a legendary talisman. Combined with peaceful visuals and soothing pacing, the episode delivers pure healing-anime energy.

Amaterasu being a total shut-in is hilarious because she really just wanted to nap while Minato did all the chores and cleaned up those old spirit boxes

Quite normal episode, it is good, but not that interesting and impressive

I wish Yamagami would overexert himself every single time. His exhausted form is just so cute, man, LOL! On a side note, the little fight between the two gods was quite fun. Though, I've got to say that the overall craftsmanship in this episode is just okay. It would've been more epic if the fight had been animated more intensely. That said, I don't really mind since I vibe with the story anyway.

Haha, the misunderstanding in this episode is actually quite funny. Though, I don't think it's an overexaggeration, to be honest. Kusunoki is low-key OP. On another note, It seems like the punk exorcist has had some character development as well. Actually, I had almost forgotten about this guy already, LOL!

How I wish to be surrounded by animals like this too. It's just so cozy to watch! That said, I wish every episode were as comfy as this one. Seeing everyone just eat and chill is what I love the most. On a funny note, I didn't expect to see this side of Yamagami, LOL! What a sore loser.

Haha, bird whisperer? That's such a cute nickname, LOL! Speaking of cuteness, I really find the wind spirits and Yamagami so cute! I wish Yamagami could stay in this form forever! On a more serious note, the story this time is very much to my liking. I just can't help but have fun watching Kusunoki do odd jobs for the goddess. It's simply so chill.

This episode is just okay. For one, I really like the cozy atmosphere. Seeing everyone just chill and eat most of the time is very much to my liking. Though, the action and adventure aren't really that great, to be honest. There's just no depth to them, and they feel like they're only there to make the story longer.

This is a pretty funny and cute episode. I can't help but giggle watching the cat yap so much, LOL! That said, I love the vibes in this episode. It's pretty chill and cozy. I'm also happy that no unnecessary interaction happened here. On another note, that punk totally deserves it!

This episode is just okay, but it's pretty out of my expectations. How he is getting involved to anything else other than spirits is pretty much a turn off to me. Still, the mood of this episode is pretty chill so I don't hate it that much.

I have mixed opinions about this... The story is pretty good and seems comfy, but I don't really like how naive and innocent Kusonuki is. I mean, bro has had this power since he was young and has even been exposed to supernatural beings, yet he acts so ignorant. To give it credit, though, the craftsmanship is pretty great, and I like the visuals a lot.

This was a warm hug ending to the season! It was so calm and relaxing- especially when everyone enjoying their time in the balcony with Minato. The starting phase had some fighting scenes with evil spirits where I felt animation was bit off. Opening song became one of my favs. Overall, the series is comfy, cozy, slow pace and slice-of-life!

Of course we got the power of teamwork haha! And I'm glad we didn't forget the last spirit, it was the cherry on top at the end of the episode

I was starting to get a little nervous for Yamagami 🥹 all's well that ends well. This whole series was nicely consistent with the laid-back vibes, even if there's a bit of action scenes here and there. Great show!

Great way to wrap up the anime. The action scenes and the cool down afterward was perfect and not cringey at all!
