The banquet was cute but otherwise, there's little to nothing new in this episode other than affirm Aoi's place as an employee of Tenjin-ya. It's also the episode that prepares for the next conflict with the reveal of the new antagonist.

The tube kitties are ridiculously cute. I definitely didn't expect them all to be related. It's also interesting learning that Tenjin-ya takes in abandoned ayakashi from other places either keeping them or finding them new homes. Now I'm really curious how that whole system started.
