Feeling the suffocating nature of what cannot be called existence, Kaiji moves forward, from one coffin to another as we’re shown how some people’s existence is only a game to be enjoyed by others. The soundtrack excellently conveys the horror and thrill of the predicament.

Kaiji being cautious is understandable. He's been betrayed before, which is one. The soundtrack choice and the visual storytelling are great. What a plot twist in this episode, the tables have reversed. This is a brutal game to begin with.
