Episode 15 marks a deliberate gear shift for the season, moving out of the high-concept sci-fi spectacle of the lunar mission arc and planting the group firmly on solid, if dangerous, ground. This first half of the mountain survival arc resets the stakes around natural, terrestrial hazards, giving the series a more grounded and tactile feel heading into the back stretch. It directly sets up the resolution in Episode 16 before the season pushes into its final arc focused on sea level rise.
