Episode Context

Following Episode 8's recruitment drive during the freshman reception, this episode delivers on that setup by bringing Azusa into the fold, fundamentally expanding the core cast at the two-thirds mark of the season. Her addition reshapes the club's internal dynamics heading into Episode 10's training camp, where the newly expanded group will be tested as a unit for the first time.
