Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 2

It gets more interesting as we learn a bit more about Sukuna and the other characters. The mystery around Sukuna really adds tension and makes you want to know more. the cursed dolls owned by the principal are oddly cute despite being kind of creepy haha
EP 2 kicks off with an amazing Sukuna vs Gojo fight. Fast, intense, and beautifully animated choreography. Then we see Yuji’s heart as he sets his goal from his grandpa’s wish. Good pacing and a strong lesson from Yaga: doing things just for others can backfire. Loved the title!
This episode served as a tonal contrast to the previous one and instead dives deeper on the supernatural world of JJK, setting up the rules of the world and the stakes involving the main protagonist.
Things are shaping up so fast! Introducing the "Strongest" teacher adds a massive aura to the cast his poise is a total flex. I love the technical breakdown of the "sentence" hanging over the MC; it keeps the stakes high even during the comedy.
Simple but emotionally solid episode which feels calmer after the chaos of the first episode where Yuji is deciding on what kind of life he wants to live. Gojo’s fun, carefree attitude makes the dark situation feel lighter, but you can still sense the danger underneath.
Yuji Itadori’s life takes a drastic turn as he becomes host to a powerful curse, thrusting him into the dangerous world of Jujutsu Sorcerers. Under the unconventional guidance of Satoru Gojo, Yuji faces execution, intense trials, and a tough admission into the elite Jujutsu Tech.
Yuji chooses the second option, honoring his grandfather's final words: "Help people. Die surrounded by loved ones." He accepts responsibility for the fingers he consumed and vows to collect the rest, understanding death awaits him at the end.
Goju really shows he is the strongest here, this episode is o good!!!
This animation every episode is so beautiful, continuous animation and stunning visuals. Also the characters are so amazing and show amazing qualities. The pacing of the story is good and you will really look forward to it.
The episode’s production is top-notch, with fluid animation and stunning visuals. Characters are engaging, showing emotion and growth. Story pacing is tight and well-structured, keeping you hooked. Concept and impact hit hard, leaving a lasting impression.
Hmm, Idk. After the explosive pilot, this one takes a bit of a dip. I got emotional whiplash from the main character suddenly going from a simple high schooler with a grandpa in the hospital to a god. The transformation is a bit too quick for me.
Great world-building about the world of sorcerers and curses. Action is animated fluidly without much criticism and looks fresh for old anime viewers and the great cast expansion as well.
The stakes start rising and the world begins to feel bigger. You can sense the danger under the surface while still enjoying light moments.
