I did not expect the relationship between Makio and Kasamachi would go the way it is, as I always had in mind that this anime is somehow about moving on. But it was very sweet, seeing Makio opening up, as what she felt is very relatable. But I do think that Makio needs this.

Finally a Makio-centric episode! I love how we tackle her more in this episode. She clearly is neurodivergent and it really shows in bits and pieces from flashbacks and current scenes. Also Kasamachi is the man! Love that he understands Makio.

Intense episode with that cliffhanger at the end! The whole ep was focused mainly on character's conflicts when it comes to struggling on love interests and relationships. The themes, word choice, scenarios that fall into - written at the reading level of adults. Peak by far!
