Episode Context

Sitting at episode 4 of Part 3's 14-episode run, this installment marks the transition from the journey phase, following the challenges of 'Sky Guy', into direct confrontation territory as Jolyne and Ermes close in on Cape Canaveral and their ultimate adversary. The episode builds critical momentum toward the next installment, 'Netherworld,' where the stakes escalate significantly. This is the point in Stone Ocean's final stretch where the pursuit crystallizes into something immediate and dangerous, bridging the mid-arc travel episodes with the climactic showdowns ahead.
