Polnareff having a hard time of his life (lmao) Devo's Stand grows stronger the more you hate him, which is a devious gimmick. Polnareff has to fight blind and scared. It's stressful in a fun way. Good standalone. ^^ <3

Episode Context

Episode 8 of 24 places the Crusaders roughly one-third into their journey, having just survived the nightmarish freighter encounter in 'Strength', and Singapore offers no safety. This installment deepens the pattern of escalating Stand encounters while giving Polnareff critical character development separate from Jotaro's dominance, and it directly leads into 'Yellow Temperance,' where the gauntlet of enemy Stand users continues without mercy.
