Polnareff just walked in and immediately became my favorite. His Silver Chariot is genuinely cool, fast, precise, flashy. The duel against Avdol is clean and shows the Stand system has real depth. He joins the crew and it feels completely earned. I love this episode already. <3

Episode 5 lands early in the Stardust Crusaders journey, following the group's midair encounter with Tower of Gray in the previous stretch. Polnareff's introduction here as an initial adversary sets up a pivotal character dynamic that reshapes the traveling party heading into the gauntlet of Stand battles that defines the rest of the season.
