Episode Context

Sitting at the halfway point of the first 24-episode cour, 'Wheel of Fortune' continues the Joestar group's overland journey toward DIO as they push past the Pakistani border. It follows the confrontation with the deceptive Stand user in 'The Empress' and maintains the pattern of escalating enemy-of-the-week encounters orchestrated by DIO's network. This episode directly sets up 'Justice, Part 1,' transitioning the group into their next major threat tied to Enya's machinations.
