Hol Horse debuts and immediately has the best villain swagger in the whole arc. The Hanged Man's gimmick is unsettling from the jump. But the real gut punch is what we learn about Polnareff's past, suddenly his whole deal makes sense. Great buildup episode tho. T^T

Sitting at the midpoint of the first cour, this episode marks the group's arrival in India after the Singapore encounters, continuing the globe-trotting structure of their journey toward DIO. It deepens Polnareff's personal vendetta as a major narrative thread while introducing a new pair of enemy Stand users, directly setting up the second half of this two-parter in episode 11.
