EPISODE REVIEWS

Koichi's evolution

Koichi getting his own Stand is a big moment and Echoes Act 1: Reverb is quirky and the stand abilities are underrated. The Tamami encounter is goofy but it sets up how Koichi will grow throughout the whole season. Love to see it. <3

Episode Context

With the Nijimura Brothers arc wrapped up in Episode 5, this marks the beginning of a new conflict and the introduction of another Stand user lurking in Morioh. It expands the show's scope beyond Josuke's immediate circle, establishing Koichi as a central figure whose development will carry significant weight across the remaining 33 episodes. This episode sets the pattern for Part 4's structure, episodic Stand encounters that gradually build toward a larger, interconnected threat within the town.
