Security Guard at Home
Oshimeter
Synopsis
With two decades of military experience behind him, private security officer Tsunetaka Kareki is the kind of guy who notices everything, records everything, and misses nothing. When his father hires him to watch over Sayaka Katsuragi, his father's new lover and potential bride, Tsunetaka does exactly what he was trained to do: he installs surveillance equipment throughout her home and starts observing her daily life in detail. The setup is already uncomfortable before anything even happens, which is kind of the point. This 4-episode OVA from Suzuki Mirano leans hard into the surveillance angle — the power imbalance between watcher and watched, the way knowledge becomes control, and how personal boundaries blur when someone sees everything about you without your awareness. It's a domestic setting that feels claustrophobic by design. The tone is intense and provocative rather than lighthearted, so if you're coming in expecting something breezy, adjust expectations accordingly. If you've watched something like Oni Chichi or Shoujo Ramune and appreciated hentai OVAs that frame their scenarios with a specific psychological tension rather than just skipping straight to the action, Jitaku Keibiin fits that same space. The source visual novel gives it more character grounding than you might expect from a 4-episode runtime. It's not subtle about what it is, but within that, it commits to its premise with a consistency that makes it feel more constructed than most entries in the genre.
