Characters aren’t just dealing with inconvenience—they’re fighting to survive in a collapsing world. Whether it’s escaping danger or making moral choices, the consequences feel serious and immediate.

Overall calm but emotional animation. Soft background, real expressions. It is totally focused on the family's tragedy, survival and always moving forward. Mixed feelings about the last episode.

A rather expected ending with hope and rebuilding for the future, and also it neatly ties the plot points except for KITE's fate. Overall, a great and short casual watch for a fictional disaster genre.
