Finally a nice episode for once! I really love Kotoko and Irie's relationship here. Also, Kotoko being a badass nurse! The birthday scene was very soft and heartwarming. Irie really did gave Kotoko a birthday present she will cherish forever.

The relationship between Irie and Kotoko genuinely feels warm and natural here. Funny moments balanced well with emotional ones. The cliffhanger ending left me actually curious.

This ep is a total emotional rollercoaster and the tension is actually insane. We finally get the character depth and maturity needed to see Kotoko and Naoki finally acting like a real married couple.
