A fun episode overall but Keita suddenly falling for Kotoko makes no sense. She has no outstanding qualities yet every guy orbits her like she's a prize. The writing keeps pushing this delusional girl as some irresistible figure it feels unearned and unrealistic.

This ep is a total emotional rollercoaster and the tension is actually insane. We finally get the character depth needed to see Kotoko’s growth when she’s pushed to her limit, especially with that medical emergency.
